days in shop), or Express (2-4 days in shop). We will
provide a FREE* upfront laptop repair price quote before
doing any work. If we can't repair your laptop, you don't
pay, guaranteed!
STEP 2: Once we receive your laptop
repair request information, we'll rush you a special
Safe-Ship laptop shipping container with a fully insured
prepaid shipping label for return shipping to us. You then
pack your laptop and wall outlet power adapter, attach the
prepaid shipping label, and call the toll free number to
schedule a pickup, or take it to any UPS store. Since this

assured your laptop will be safe during its journey.
STEP 3: As soon as we receive your
laptop we will perform a FREE* full system diagnostic on
your laptop and contact you by telephone and email with a
free upfront laptop repair price quote before doing any
work.
STEP 4: If you approve the laptop
repair quote, we will quickly repair your laptop within the
turnaround time of your choice. Once repaired we will ship
your laptop back to you the same day it's ready! All service
